Slow growth , one has to work over weekends, one has to handle many operations and took responsibility of many works , relationship must be maintained with customers, dealers is top priority

Working for Mahindra in my initial days was great but as years went by I got to know that there was no scope for improving your own.

Too much internal politics, favouritism and no actual concern for the employees and only are interested in their gains.
