Flexible hours is the only thing that is good about the company

There is no worl life balance. You are supposed to work around the clock sometimes even till 2am if you have a laptop.

It has many positives : Good perks and incentives structure, enough career opportunities, management policies, empathetic team and culture, but negatives too when it comes to work life balance, work satisfaction. Great! I enjoyed my work life a lot. The challenges were never ending, and i would expect it to be like that always. Though many things could have been better but i am happy that i managed well.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
