Nothing to like here. Very bad experience about everything. This partnership firm but only one partner is have authority to decide all the things as he want. Here most of employees from his relations and they treat as a labour to every one . If you want to ready to disrespect yourself and want to spoil carrer then only join this company 😅

MAGNUS FARM - SHIRASGAON They keep on changing names of firm from MGE to Magnus Farm Fresh LLP now Magnus Farms but the toxic work culture remains the same. 1. Disengaged employees - office boy earning more salary than a post graduate employee just because he is relative of owner 2. Micro managed team 3. No liberty in work 4. No HR policies and practices. They don't pay entire salary keep it on hold with no reasons. 5. Half of team is relatives of owner so no rules for them so don't expect professionalism. 6. Production Manager is the Owner brother yells loudly, shouts , bad abuse is very common picture daily. 7. No job security - once grape season is over you are fired. There are many examples from Production, Accounts and other departments who are fired with no notice period....Read More

There are 2-3 staff members who are good but not sure are they even working now in this horrible work culture.

Dislikes

1. Horrible work life balance 2. Kuch seekhne nahi milega they make you work like 12-14 hours with no weekly off and no holiday Chai pani bhi nahi milega 3. Agar aap weekly off ke liye puchoge toh Production Manager / Quality Manager screams like hell aapko gaali dega but this is considered as normal as he is brother of owner so no rules to control his behaviour 4. Most employees are relatives of owner so they can do whatever they like but others must follow all rules. Unke liye kuch rules nahi hai, kabhi bhi aao jao. 4. They will not give your salary/stipend always deduct some part like 5000 with no reason 5. No safety while working on machine belts 6.
