There is only one reason I like about the company the salary which comes on time.

Many more things to dislike. First of all this is a consultant (that means they can remove you any point of time)based job if you are joining as a fundraiser at the time of interview they will never tell you. Job security nothing but less, biased management, target is huge and they can put anyone in P.I.P reason for not achievable target so if you have better option go for it rather than working here. There is nothing to like about the company No one is serious about work, there is no proper security for trainers job They say trainers are the piller of the company and its just for the statement they use but they will never act the same.

NoI appreciate Magic Bus's commitment to empowering rural communities, but I struggle with adapting programs to urban areas. While I understand the necessity of certain programs in rural contexts, I find it challenging to replicate them in urban settings where requirements and contexts differ. I'd like to explore innovative solutions tailored to urban needs.

Horrible and ridiculous experience. I'm recommending not to join specially Peeragarhi centre. The staff are completely illiterate and slumy in behaviour plus they play politics except HR nobody i found appropriate. Please keep yourself away from such a toxic and career destroying job.
