There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. They said working days are 5 but we have to ready to work all 7days.

The company represents a toxic work culture with favouritism at every level. It is important to point out here that this company undergoes a negative churn every one and a half years when staff are forcibly asked to leave without assigning any reason. The present CEO was brought to improve efficiency and efficacy but has contributedto this huge mess. Since he wants numbers ( he was basically a sales guy in Motorola) all regions have learnt to game the system and show good numbers to him. Worse to state here, he knows this. He brings no business to the organisation and the one who brings business ( thenfundraising and corporate relations head) misbehaves with everyone knowing nothing will happen to him till the money keeps coming in. The CEO and the regional directors have no vision and have been recruiting their own cohorts.
