After one project is completed, the employee is expected to adjust to other projects. But it doesn't happen. There comes a time when employees become unemployed.b security.

Company policies are good

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesnt address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is not at all. There is dictatorial on jr employees. Has no right to have our own opinion. Old employees are not promoted. After the 4-5 years company fired the employees. and join new employees. While working here there is no personal life in 24 hours in a day.

Work Details

The job is good. I struggled a many times, because of no guidance. But i learnt everything on the job. Many times i got different different task. I learnt multitask at a time.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

As per my opinion, Magic bus India foundation is the best organization. Work culture, freedom, values and building capacity of staff.

Dislikes

The project has closed then no job security of the staff.
