Field teams skills have to be developed. Computer Literacy and Communication Skills needs to be focussed. When we speak of Equality, all the teams; either it be office team or the field team - should work only 5 days a week. Field teams should be paid enough so that they are happy. We might enjoy sitting in chilled ACs but they arethe ones who sweat it out and make things happen. Corporate Policies and Professional Politics should be discouraged. Since we work for a better cause; our team members should never feel hurt. We should be in a position to retain all the team members who have worked atleast for two years where a project has closed due to funding issues. Instead of hiring new team members, we should retain the team members who were asked to put down the papers due to closure of programmes.
