You can get few Friendly and Helpful collogues and which can make a you survive in the company. Also some of the projects are good and you can learn new technologies in it.

I don't like the way they treat there employees especially at the time of appraisals, first they delay the appraisal cycle for 4-5 months every year and they rate you based on how you greet your managers or yours leads not on the basis for your work or any client appreciations. 1. Extremely low salary. Salary below market standard 2. Poor appraisal and hr policies 3. Appraisals never happen on time 4. Low appraisals. If you are being promoted to next level then max appraisal will be 50k a year. Avg appraisals are like 3-4 percent. 5. No learning at all.
