No clarity of business. The father and daughter think that they know everything. But they are dumb people with no business sense. Average life span at a leadership position is in days not even in months. They hire PPL from good companies and then do show Shaw baji on LinkedIn. They never give autonomy to leadership ppl to operate. Company Kam chalate hai self branding platform jada hai. Office ke diwaron par apni hi photo chipka rakhi hai.They only trust two of there oldtimers and always live in fear that someone will copy there business model and take away the clients. They call themselves study abroad company but place PPL in the role like butchery, carpenter, poultry.
