Working at Amazon is the best thing that can happen to anyone. Whether it's a fresher or experienced individual, really doesn't matter. They give the equal opportunity for everyone to work, grow and prove that you are the best. They make sure everyone is doing ok, very supportive very helpful. The salary is provided on time, and there are opportunities to access courses for learning new skills. However, we often don't have time to dedicate to learning during shift hours, as this role requires us to be in front of the laptop for the entire shift.

The management is very toxic, and the leadership is performing poorly in managing metrics, making employees work like robots. The main goal of this ML Data Associate role is to teach machines how to perform annotations, which should be done by humans. However, while humans naturally make mistakes, the company expects employees to work with 100% accuracy under very tough metrics, making the job extremely stressful. There is no work-life balance, and I would definitely not recommend this job to freshers, as it could ruin their careers despite being at a big company. Please avoid....Read More

The longer duration for promotions. Either you are out of scope for promotion or not eliglible even after being for amazon for soo long. Travel allowance is struck at 4k, the petrol/diesel rate have touch the sky - this needs to be changed Sodexo amount needs to change as well

A lot of things!! 1. Horrible work roles, depreciating the education qualifications of individuals 2. Too much micro management system wise. Managers are ok 3. 0 job security. It seems Amazon hires people just to replace them with a lower salaried freshers 4. Work roles are terrible, they don't interest anybody 5. There is absolutely no way an employee can get promoted with their hard work or smart work. They have to be really good with the higher ups. Few Managers were hectic and also the promotions in the following roles were too low mainly from L3- L4 level was damn slow even though I have trended in the best employee for more than an year in the role continuously without a drop in performance but there is no benefit or even a word about promotion even after such hard work
