Job Summary:

We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Senior Manager to lead and manage the delivery of complex projects and services across multiple regions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, fostering client satisfaction, and driving efficiency in a global delivery model.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Delivery Management:

- Oversee end-to-end delivery of projects and services across global locations, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

- Monitor delivery metrics, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.

2. Team Leadership:

- Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of delivery professionals across regions.

- Foster a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

3. Process Improvement:

- Develop and implement strategies to optimize delivery models, resource utilization, and operational efficiency.

- Identify and mitigate risks in project execution and delivery processes.

- Drive the adoption of best practices, tools, and methodologies to improve delivery outcomes.

- Continuously refine processes to adapt to evolving business and client requirements.

- Manage budgets for delivery operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.

- Monitor revenue streams, forecast financial outcomes, and report performance to leadership.
