Olectra Greentech - Manager - Services (4-5 yrs)

The Manager - Services will oversee and enhance the maintenance and service operations for Olectra's electric vehicle fleet.

The role focuses on ensuring optimal fleet performance, reducing downtime, and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of electric vehicle systems, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive process improvements.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Manage preventive and scheduled maintenance to ensure fleet reliability and performance.

- Monitor fleet availability, minimize breakdown incidents, and achieve 100% daily vehicle readiness.

- Implement daily and weekly checks for vehicle performance and reliability.

- Analyze product performance, identify failures, and collaborate with internal teams for solutions.

- Conduct failure analyses, ensure quality assurance, and prevent recurring issues.

- Establish, audit, and improve service processes across all depots.

- Submit warranty claims via the designated portal, ensuring compliance with company policies.

- Utilize SAP for effective service management and documentation.

- Lead and develop depot technical staff, focusing on capability enhancement and skill mapping.

- Create and implement depot service procedures to improve productivity and service quality.

- Monitor emergency response times for off-road vehicles, reducing turnaround times (TAT).

- Maintain optimal inventory levels using historical data and consumption analysis.

- Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and government authorities to address service concerns.

- Drive Kaizen activities to improve operational efficiency.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through seamless service delivery and communication.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

- Extensive experience in fleet management and electric vehicle systems.

- Proficiency in SAP and other service management tools.

- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Knowledge of inventory management and process optimization techniques.

- Ability to coordinate across departments and manage vendor relationships.
