NO.1 in the market and proud of that, working is fun, new roles and responsibilities chances, etx

Work satisfaction - Good

Dislikes

Hectic life, loooooooads of work, no work life balance, saturday working as well, no management/TL/mangers support when needed, demotivation seen at several steps, opportunities given to one is only given to one rest are idiots working.

Work-life balance - Bad

Work Details

to stay no.1 its imp to work 24x7 but think initially we are working with peoples and not robots, no pity at some points are seen. no issue with company just the management and the superiors are making it worse
