Management is great and always looks for employees

Not all but some managers are not that good I have even experience manager shouting in meeting however I am sure if this was highlighted Maersk management would have never entertained him. Rest all good maybe this experience was with me and I am sure no one will ever experience this as we confronted him. So rest all good and do not expect over time.

It's a good company who take cares of employees in every situation

Completing your assigned work and going home won't work you need to do many things to plese the management you need to be an entertainer for manager then only you will get promoted at next stage, or if you are extra ordinary in your work which not many people are still works really hard and complete their task.
