Process Expert - Tender - Night Shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Tender Strategy Analysis: Produce tender strategy analyses to coordinate efforts between TCM, Sales, Trade, and Marketing.
• Analytical Projects: Lead analytical projects to enhance our tender management process and deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Negotiation Package Preparation: Prepare negotiation packages for customers, ensuring all necessary data is included.
• Nomination Management: Support the collection of nominations, maintain the nomination database, and manage contracts.
• Compliance Reporting: Assist the strategy team with commitment compliance reporting and governance.
• Performance Measurement: Measure customer performance, update Salesforce.com, and generate reports.
• Project Support: Provide support for various projects and ad hoc initiatives within TCM.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, finance, science, arts, or a related field from a reputable institution.
• Experience: 3 to 6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the shipping and logistics industry.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel, with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) being essential.
• Stakeholder Management: Experience in managing stakeholders effectively, with a focus on documentation and data management.
• Self-Motivation: A self-sufficient and motivated individual who can consistently have a positive impact on customers.
• Process Knowledge: A deep understanding of the complete shipping cycle is an added advantage.
• Adaptability: Ability to work in perpetual night shifts and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Teamwork and Independence: A collaborative team player who can also work independently, guiding and challenging stakeholders when needed.
