Quantity Surveyor CUM Billing Engineer

ROLE: QUANTITY SURVEYOR CUM BILLING ENGINEER

Job Description:

• Evaluate cost-effectiveness for all the activities.
• Recommend ways to make an activity more cost effective and productive Check and certify the Sub-contractor / Labour bills.
• Efficiently working towards quantities and material reconciliation.
• Work on the cash outflow of the project to ensure the audit of, quantity of material inward and stock at site.
• Work at sites to gather information on materials needed, labour required, and other factors.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects and contractors on estimates.
• Check and certify the Sub-contractor / Labour bills.
• Use Necessary Software to calculate quantities and rate analysis Efficient Analytical skills.
• Prepare & Oversee Methodology of Construction activities for client approvals as per the specifications
• Tracking of materials and highlighting the requirements on time to the management. Monitor all construction activities and conduct daily/weekly meetings with site engineers
• Preparation of Zone wise scheduleday week and monthly & preparation of daily report like DPR, Weekly reports & Monthly reports.
• Monitoring and Controlling of Material & Equipment and manpower management.
• Client billing, sub-contractor billing, reconciliation statements, variation statements etc will be part of the job role.

Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma /BE in civil engineering/ structural engineering
• Billing Engineer/Quantity Surveyor with Minimum 2 Years experience in construction projects required for projects in Hyderabad.
• Good Communication Skills.
• Proficiency in use of MS Office & E-mail Communications.
