It was very unfriendly environmet for me at this company. There is a lot of office politics that targets the innocent employees which creates a very hostile environment and i didn't enjoyed that either. There are hardly any opportunities to grow in the skill set and vertically in the company. The company also has a clear bias towards employees from tamilnadu and kerla and does not consider skills or talent at all. Do not expect to get noticed if you do not belongs to these regions. As if that was not enough, they are going to reduce your pay if you don't meet overtime expectations which comes as an added pressure.
