Work Details

I have to look after all the things such as drafting pleadings, attending court hearing, Research latest judgments, orders etc.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

The company was very particular about working thoroughly for each and every case.The location and timing was good. They had a relevant professional presence in industry.

Dislikes

Attitude towards staffs especially associate advocates was very bad.There was too much manipulation back biting and misbehavior in office against all simple and hard working people, especially females. Though there was partiality for gorgeous looking females. The company was not at all open for giving learning opportunity to the advocates.One one or two persons who were reliable for the boss( owner of company) were assigned for all important works and these one or two persons treated other advocates as their own personal assistant. And the boss never made any effort to make every staff feel equal Salary was also very poor, though people who were too much into doing personal favour to the boss were secretly given good rewards Abusive speech and bullying by the boss and some people (who were treated as important ) towards other staffs was their regular job This company or office is basically owned and run by one person only....Read More
