If you want to make your life hell then only join this company. Even if you are jobless and cant find a job still dont join this company. I regret each day WHY i did join here. AC is switched off from 1-5pm. No water in water dispenser. No canteen. The lights are turned off after 6pm. The floor and table is not even cleaned in a month. The dustbin plastic is changed once in 2 years. Absolutely no hygeine, 1 washroom per floor which is dirtier than public washrooms. Mosquitos in the building. The ceiling leaks water in rainy season. The owner and management does not give a _ about employees and treat you like shit No HR in the building. No additional perks are provided. If you take leave your salary is cut. If you want an yearly increment you have to sign a bond of 2 years compulsory or else stay at the same salary even after joining 3 years. 1/3/5th Sat working but they call you on all saturdays + expect you to work on sundays as well. There are more number of cctv camera than perks provided. Using cellphone during work hours is not allowed. And after all this if you say something against management they might take you to court.
