Macleods – Not a company but godown One of the worst companies I have ever worked with. 1. Lot of buttering….If you don’t know buttering you will no longer be in the company. Everybody right from the VP Sales and marketing to the executive keep on buttering the owner or president 2. Even if you are good at work, they can fire you any time if you dont agree to their views. I personally witnessed 5-6 examples 3. Head office is worse than godown. 4 people seats in area where only 2 can sit 4. No canteen, forget about canteen, it doesn’t has separate place for eating. So you have to eat on ur table and then all cockroaches will come to give you company. They don’t believe in pest controlling 5. Don’t believe in their promotional video (as its not HO but shot in one factory) as well as website 6. Totally dictatorship 7. This is the only company on the earth which substracts your time from the total daily timings if you go out for short break for 10 mins. Example – you came at 9 am and u have to complete 8.5 hrs…Thus you can leave by 5.30 pm. But if you go out for 10 mins, then you can leave only by 5.40 pm. Else half day/half salary will be cut 8. For new joiners- they will promise you some package (but they never give hard copy, all verbal communication), but once you join, you might get a package less than your previous company. I personally witnessed 3 examples. 9. Salary may or may not come on time. To add to their foolishness HR will send you an email “please maintain balance your account for EMIs”. These idiots don’t understand that for 99% of the employees salary is the primary income and the employee is dependent on their primary income for EMI 10. “Employee friendly” These two words are joke for them Only Positive When you work in worst condition, you can work anywhere.
