No work life and hr policy very bed. Maintaiy haresemnent of Head and no other Facility in dahej plant canteen so poor food quality company 10 years old other then MNC company. Dahej plant is so bad if you given offers gayus do not joint there is my peesanal experience so poor life culture.

Nothing it’s number one 3rd class company with worst wrkng culture all illiterates working here with over confidence just becuz they are very old people wrkng there from many years they are wrkng in comfort zone spooling life of others not at all bother to clear others fnf If staff is complaining abt something they don’t bother n put up the cases and remove good people

Freshers can't join because her 3 years bond and in that 3 years can't get better increament and salary. When you join freshers in MacLeod you can definitely regret your self after 1,2 years because of 3 years bond policy.
