My teammates is good. No any training in company, given only guidance of your particular work. Can't growth your career. If you don't have a any job then you can hold this company. Poor Salary/appraisal, you can't expect as per your performance. No free food policy for seating extra hours. Work environment is also not good. If you are belonging from south indian culture then you can expect everything (i.e. Salary growth, compensation, other facilities etc.) (if you are not capable for suitable job) otherwise you didn't get good salary in this company (if you are capable for job) No any policy on paper for condition. Employees are spending extra hours on daily basis. (actually official work time is 9.30 am to 5.30 pm, but you can't left company before 6.30) 6.30 pm is official time as per environment....Read More
