To support this, we offer flexible working hours, with office entry between 8:00 AM and 9:30 AM and exit between 5:00 PM and 6:30 PM, ensuring a total of 9 working hours per day. Team members who are unable to complete their tasks within these hours may stay back to finish them. Additionally, for those facing challenges due to a lack of knowledge or skills, we provide training and knowledge-sharing sessions to help them improve. Your feedback is valuable, and we will carefully consider it as we continue to enhance our workplace and better support our team.
