The only good part is the Learning and Development content but you won't be given the time to acquire skills as they make you work as long as 18 hours per day a couple of days a week.

The senior management is worse. They work on Hire and fire model. The worse part is they don't even give an honest explanation for firing employees. You might get a good grade in the last appraisal cycle and even a modest raise and in the very next cycle you could be fired without providing any reason whatsoever. The work timings are pathetic. With average work hours of 16 hours per day but no extra time compensation. The compensate for the bad reputation by giving perks/gifts to employees for writing good reviews on ambition box (ie paid promotion) and other rating platforms. So don't trust the good ratings.
