Job or Offer
I have almost 8Y experience, having Offer of 38LPA from Optum. Current CTC is 25LPA with WFH. I negotiated this offer against my brother's job in current company. He has 6Y gap after graduation. Not having technical expertise. So o decided to stay in company with no monetary negotiations, but the job of my brother. Will it be a wise decision?
