1.Trapped in their own system. Small works take too much time. 2.Office politics, toxic peoples, everyone has their own aura and work accordingly. 3. Managerial leadership fails, lacks empathy towards team members, decision lacking, blame culture. 4. Salary increments and promotions less compared to other peers.

I appreciated Lupin for its strong brand presence, especially in the CNS segment, which enriched my expertise with key molecules. The 9-year journey offered growth from Medical Representative to Area Business Manager, enhancing leadership skills. I valued the productive work culture, supportive team, and strong professional relationships built over time.

Dislikes

During my tenure at Lupin, I valued the experience and growth, but there were areas for improvement. The compensation did not align with the industry standard for my role, and the consistent target pressure in recent years was challenging. Additionally, I felt there could be more opportunities for career advancement.

Production area is not maintenance without lock and key by using production process activity accessories not available in this time

Nothing is there to be liked in this working culture is hectic a person would love to die... Either join this company. No response from the seniors just scolded by the senior employee and they pressurized a person so much he or she can love to resign from the job or to suicide... Worst experience ever

Work culture at plant is not good. IT team at plant does not give you access to normal outlook access saying your work is not important. Seriously what kind of behaviour is this? Bus facility is not good
