I came in this company with this vision,Career growth is good for Honest and Laborious Employees. Appraisal is verygood from this year very Transparent Appraisal process as per performances. Regarding Travel For Metro city not much,no ideas of Tier-2 city.

Refresher Training and Academic part was not satisfactory, Salary is not enough if not qualified for incentives, Work life balance is poor.
