No management is qualified at port Elizabeth supervisor also is not qualified to be in that position don't have grades no experience of this job so the culture is currently bad

The owner of the company is a very rude old man does not respect his employees you only lesson what his telling you if you want say your opinion not know or talk to the supervisor that is not also qualifying to be in that position their contract its a selfish contract it controls you as their employee even if you are off toey want you to walk over time if you cannot walk overtime you must have an valid reason why you cannot walk and you must send them your location from where you are they have no right to do any of this things if you didnt be able to work that over they will deduct R500 for failing to report over time from the first place what is onertime we know what is this rules and the laws of this company to the gaurds is against the law and action its about to be taken by me my self i alonee...Read More

Work Details

Was very bad and unhappy guard also others were we work they are not happy at all and the is no rate we working for 200 per day no Sundays no ppayslip no uif no provident fund but still they underate guards
