No job security, working culture is very Baad, there is no management. rules daily changed not fixed date or time. Job role is not fixed. They change the department job role before increment time. Pressure only unused work. Environment is very Baad. Employee got 1st month salary in 1week of 3rd month or last week of 2month. Dislikes

There are politics for good working employee. Career growth very bad for purchase department. If you select for merchandise or account is ok. But salary not good. Not value for vervel communication for senior and management. Because they have not accept for that. Only writing.

Work Details

My work life was good. I was join in jpm exports Pvt Ltd. And Luna apparels Pvt Ltd are same owner compant but I said before the management and rule... I can't say for it. Its company matters. So my work life was good in jpm and Luna both.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
