Being a Project manager at LUMIQ offers valuable exposure to the market and the chance to connect with stakeholders. I've also been involved in AI- based projects, and I appreciate that management supports growth with new processes to keep us aligned, even though data projects can be quite complicated.

Dislikes

Some projects come with unclear goals, both from customers and LUMIQ leadership, causing confusion. The customer's first mentality can clash with staying on budget and on schedule. Constantly chasing clients for sign-offs can be a real pain.

Working at LUMIQ has been really positive. I'm part of the capital BU, here for over a year. The open atmostphere encourages idea sharing but the tech level is extremely advanced. Indian Clients Often request a lot of customizations, making sign-offs tough and requiring multiple follow-ups. The internal LUMIQ culture can clash with customer culture, which is sometimes challenging to manage.

Dislikes

Managing clients expectations can be difficult, especially on fixed-bid projects where customers constantly add requirements and sign-offs take ages. Most of the action centers in Noida, So Chennai and Pune can feel a bit peripheral. The Noida HQ is quite impressive, though
