Loads of work, responsibilities as an individual.

Dislikes

No fixed working hours which means you can get call at 12 in the night also, and you have to follow orders. Seniors always give tasks as orders, NO leave policy which means you cant take leaves. 90 Days notice period, worst No social life no fun, no insurance, no benefits, just work
