Politics ,politics and politics. Sneha Panday hr is useless. Company is wasting money on her dunno why dobi and Shoaib the founders do not take feedback about her from employees. Each and every employee who left the company will not say good about her . Please take my feed back :- remove sneha Panday for the sake of company

Lumiq unlike most company is built on culture of trust. Teams are expected to operate with complete ownership and are empowered to do so. This is very different compared to a lot of other places where there is a lot of focus and controls on ensuring that every one delivers. For example no one will push you or track you day in day out - expectation is to reach out and share your status - this creates a unique experience which is often a culture shock for outsiders. This philosophy results in opportunities to collaborate and participate in architecture and activities beyond coding. Unlike previous organisations where tasks were created and shared with me to execute here there is freedom not just to question what, why and how as well. I have not seen so much flexibility and freedom else where. Cross-pollination happens all the time and I have seen people who are far more cross skilled then any of my previous organisations at all levels....Read More

Dislikes

Communication with leadership has become difficult thanks to Covid not that they are not reachable but there are limited interactions. Many policies are open and sometimes as outsiders it becomes tricky to navigate - you have to ask around for information which has become tricky thanks to WFH.
