Actually in Lucas there are we can learn more but not increment the salary, So this is not so good for Carrier Growth. There are On role requirements not available so no job security.

This company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that iam part off team, high quality products ,no travelnot available, and work happily in collaboration. So very good

Growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have work 16-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend shifts. Many time iam coming in night shifts ,travel vehicle not arrange then full problem, salary is very low level, no on job training only work. Which is pain somtimes....Read More
