We are looking for Design Engineer in our R&D Department

Work Location : Chennai

Working Days : 6 days

Mode of work : Work from office

Preferred Industry : Automotive (All Individuals who have good experience in Pro E, CREO and CATIA Tools are Welcome)

Experience : Minimum 4 Years as Relavent Experience

Role : Staff

Job Description:-

• Create 3D models to draw out manufacturing drawings including bill of materials.
• Create 2D drawings in AUTOCAD.
• To work in PLM software preferably Windchill| PTC for product drawings management.
• Perform design calculation/assessment of components and technical assistance for
  development Engineers who are leading the projects.
• Embodiment design considering form, function and usability aspects (GD&T)

Requirements:-

(+) Strong willingness to learn and work in product design with minimum supervision.

(+) Proficiency in 3D modelling using CREO, CATIA V5 to accomplish standard Engineering practices.

(+) Knowledge of manufacturing and assembly operations. (+) Knowledge on prototyping

(+) Knowledge in rotating machines, and manufacturing methods.

(+) Exhibit ability for conceptual thinking.

(++) CAE abilities FEA analysis skills/experience is an advantage
