Key Responsibilities:

1. Process Planning: Plan and develop manufacturing processes, including production sequencing, tooling design, and equipment selection.

2. Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.

3. Production Line Design: Design and implement production lines, including layout, equipment, and material flow.

4. Equipment Selection and Installation: Select, install, and commission production equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

5. Quality Control: Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure high-quality products.

6. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Manufacturing, Quality, and Maintenance, to ensure seamless production operations.

7. Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field.

2. Experience: 4-6 years of experience in production engineering or a related field, preferably in the automotive industry.

3. Skills: Proficient in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks), process simulation tools (e.g., Simio, Witness), and data analysis software .

4. Certifications: Certified Production Engineer (CPE) or Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
