Business Development Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development/Marketing Engineer to drive exports business growth, identify new market opportunities, and develop strategic marketing plans for our 2W Stator Motor exports business.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Export Market Research: Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify new export market opportunities.

2. Export Business Development: Develop and execute export business development strategies to drive revenue growth.

3. Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote our exports business.

4. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential export customers.

5. Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new products and services for export markets.

6. Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitors' strengths, weaknesses, and export market strategies.

7. Export Regulations: Ensure compliance with export regulations, including customs, taxation, and logistics.

Key Skills:

1. Engineering Background: BE in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.

2. Export Business Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in export business development, marketing, or sales in the automotive or manufacturing industry.

3. Marketing Knowledge: Strong understanding of marketing principles, including market research, segmentation, targeting, and positioning.

4. Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

5. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market data and trends.

6. Industry knowledge: familiarity with the 2W Stator Motor industry, including market trends, competitors, and regulatory requirements.

7. Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive business results.

Educational Qualifications:

- BE in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in export business development, marketing, or sales in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
