Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify new export opportunities and understand global market trends.
Analyze competitors and develop strategies to penetrate new markets.
Lead Generation and Sales:

Identify and generate leads in international markets.
Develop and maintain relationships with key international clients and stakeholders.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to international clients.
Export Strategy Development:

Develop and implement export strategies to achieve business objectives.
Set and track sales targets for export markets, aligned with company goals.
Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export laws, and customs requirements.
Handle documentation and procedures related to export activities.
Logistics and Coordination:

Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
Manage shipping schedules, export documentation, and inventory levels.
Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with international customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Address and resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner.
Reporting and Analysis:

Monitor and report on export activities and results.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis and market research.
Key Result Areas (KRAs):

Achievement of export sales targets and revenue growth.
Successful generation and conversion of international leads.
Market penetration and expansion in target export markets.
Compliance with international trade regulations and export laws.
Customer satisfaction and retention in export markets.
