Which Company Should I join?

I have received offer from 3 companies namely---> Hexaware, TCS and LTI and each respectively for 4lpa, 3.4lpa and 4lpa. But I am confused which one should I take people say I should prefer TCS but the pay is not high and I've also heard that there is benching period with no proper hike and once someone leaves TCS they can never join back. Coming back to Hexaware I have not received proper offer letter but just a letter of intent, and LTI has a good pay comparatively but I know nothing about the compnay and their work culture.

1. Appraisal cycle changes every year 2. Release employees when they want but couldn't release early if employees want 3. Hardly development projects left 4. No proper guidance, you to work alone even working in teams

If the appraisal hike could be dealt with a little conscious. People are working hard for a hike and single digit hikes are really bad and insulting.

It’s a good organisation, you will work on new technology. No politics.

Dislikes

Appraisal is worse thing. even though you are top performer, you will get average hikes and when you will talk to HR they will tell you because of normalisation you get less hikes.

Been here for more than 3 years. Absosulte no values and expect no compensation. Only handful of project. Mangers and hrs do not care about you and are only visible at time of appraisal and annual event. Dont waste you time here. Salary structure is the worst here. If you ask for morebasic they will tell company doesnt want to pay more pf to employee.....Read More
