job security is less.The appraisal having no meaning.It is not fair.only the senior manager increase their own salary. They think about the employee under him.At the time of appraisal they behave as a king and they treat the employees as a beggar. The politics is at very heap label. In the company their is no coordination between the requirement team and resource management team.Resources are on bench but company is hiring the new resources of same technology. After the bench period will increase the company will resigned forcefully without any prior intimation within a day & they will not provide salary like the other company at the time of forcefully resign.
