Really worst when we ask hike or at time of giving annual performance hike. Most Managers do partiality, they don’t even care you are a top performer or so.

Work environment and medical policies are good. Good quality projects to work on. Employees can work from any office within the city. Good learning and upskilling opportunities are provided.

Everything after merger is changed for worst. Communication gap has increased and there is no proper intimation on changed policies. When asked about any query, everyone will suggest to raise genie/support ticket, still we don't get any final resolution. From RM and HR's to WFM team, no one is willing to help you or even reply to you once the employee is released from project and switched to bench. Hikes/ appraisals are minimal or of no use so better to have very less expectations even if you have performed exceptionally well and got best rating....Read More

The team I worked with and my old manager were very supportive. Gained new experience within a short period of time. Appraisal is ok. As a fresher it is a good place to gain experience and knowledge about the industry. Before merger LTI was a good workplace even though the work pressure was more.

We did not have comp-off for working during weekends. Work life balance depends on the manager you are working under. This may vary from team to team. Due to merger, it has created a bit of confusion to get in touch with LTI to Mindtree employees. I was working with LTI previously and after merger suddenly my HR and other contact persons assigned to me were from Mindtree and I could not get proper communication regarding my work and project allocation....Read More
