Personally speaking, I got to work on different tech stack, so the experience of learning/developing the skillset was decent enough. Apart from that, I was handed a promotion within 2 years, so the appraisals are also good as of now. Cab service is a plus point for certain shifts (the one that I work in)
The management of resources within a project especially if you are a good one (no offense to anyone) is messed up, the work load is humongous. And they try to pull you into other client accounts without any proper compensations, and grind out your hours/efforts. Food at office premise definitely needs to improve

One of my worst decisions ever to join this. Its been 1 month i have joined and i am so badly harassed and tortured every day by the team. After complaining to hr the hr here is the most biased. All the team and hr team has ganged up and now harrasing altogether. Being on bench is worst then being a criminal in lti. HR tries to prove the problems which i am facing is due to my personal problems and the actual problems which i am facing are not even discussed.. i am being told this is one of the best BU but it is actually the worst. They treat you as slave. 2 days wfo policy is there but told that you have to come 3 days ti office and if you dont come your leave will be cut. When discussed this with hr the hr changes the topic. The politics here is stronger then our governments politics. Being new in this organization makes people think that we own her. They have no respect and care. They just bother about getting into billable projects....Read More

should provide flexibility for Hybrid approach..need to review the HR policies especially on Sick leaves.. there is only option to apply minimum 3 days of sick with the help of medical certificate.. normally cold & fever will be one or two days and it is not required to get in hospitalized and get the certificate.. please look into this as work life balance pespective

No job security for freshers. No work life balance for freshers. Trainees will be terminated if they don't clear "Milestones" every 15 work days. No time to learn or revisit concepts. 60% of freshers do not clear the Milestones as there is no time to revisit concepts. Only come to work here if you like being overworked.

For me, Dislike about working at LTIMindtree is, They don't provide food especially in Cafetaria where they'll 45rs for the snaks, that too within the time limit (6:45 to 7:30) If it is available for whole day, then more people will get benefited.

90% projects are boring support projects. Too much micromanagement occurs thus employee not aware what image manager has of him. Bench period is very erratic and slow to provide projects.
