if you want to upgrade your skill only then you can join this company. Teammates are good and understanding. You have a chance to work in companies like hero, maruti etc. Career growth is good.salary is depend upon your work . increment is less as compare to mnc.

no work life balance . you have to work on holidays also. Compensation is only given if there is no work. Lots of work and responsibility on engineers only. Engineer have to do everything(management work like making gatepass). No hr benefits, no benefits, no diwali bonus, no employee motivation. Only work
