HOD & Main manager(HSE) are quite good .Both are very professional and other systems within firm are well managed and systematic.

Dislikes

Immediate reporting manager(HSE) is quite unprofessional and egoistic. Doesn't allow us to grow within organization or so. Moreover, he is a religiously fanatic person who always pushes us also to be in his religious group meetings and failing to attend will be dealt by misusing his authority and which result in dumping more workloads, unnecessary firings for miniscule matters that are even not under our ambit....Read More
