Gc ‘s not having any communication to educate the coders!!!! They will play politics!!!!Gc's not working for company they are working for their own.,…GCs are getting money and entertainment .this organisation is going to collapsed by them only. Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
