The working culture is pathetic.They want only business.No human value.They will treat you like a street dog.HR is useless.Abusive language is Compulsary. No work life balance.You will marriage with your work for 24 hours.Please don't join this organisation.Operation work value is zero.If you do 100 transaction there will be a zero value.They want just stupid business.

Hardly inceremenf is given to employee. U are a teller , yet u have to do sales in bank. You have to handle all responisbillties of branch and on top of that do sales like those in sales departmnt

The best banking sector to start the career. Had lot of learning from there. Peers were very supportive, we get to meet new customers every and interact with them. The bank has the reason why it is being number in India.

The only thing that I like about this bank is Fixed payout date i.e 25th of every month. Rest everything is terrible!

Everything including work culture, office culture, hectic pressure situation, bad behaviour with employees, pathetic work life balance, increment is poor as well. Working duration is too much hectic. Retail Branch Banking staffs leaves office after 9:00 at night. Serving a total work duration of 13-14 hours. Overall I would give 1/10 to HDFC or any other Private Bank, coz all are the same. Working in this banking environment will definitely drain your health, your mental peace, satisfaction, your emotional behaviour, and every way possible.
