Basically this is wind industry, working culture mostly same as other wind industry i.e. More man oriented. As i am not belong to any wind industry, it's too much difficult to me for adjust the atmosphere of LM. still struggling lot. as requirements are not clear and specific. its change for no reason.

First of all, There is no system. Multinational company driven by typical Indian ways. (The Worst) . First company have seen my 11 Years of experience, Where no Information flow within the system only work flow from top to down. Basically This industry needs manpower only even you are skill or not they doesn't bother. if your skill they will forced to work like unskilled. Each and every information flow through only some specific employee. No proper approach to management to get down work in systmeatic approach....Read More
