No matter whats is your profile, you are needed to manage clients, do own work, satisfy director

All work is done in unprofessional way. There is no senior management. Even employees get paid in cash. Nothing is like professional work. No strategy. All the work is done by copying other website designs; copying software designs; and copying contents; so usually clients gets unsatisfied with work. Only one person who is director of the company has no future vision. He runs it like a shop. LM Softech doesn't need Employees, it needs wage workers(majdoors). Neither you will get a good salary nor you will be able to sharpen your skills here. Go somewhere else but not here!!!...Read More

Very very boring and unpleasant. Because you don't know that how much time you will work on a project; any day any time you can be given any new task/work without any procedure. And boring because all month work you must keep remember to tell
