I would manage the sales funnel as a sales manager in order to increase conversion rates. Customer experience & relationship management fell within my purview. I also trained designers to attain their goals. Job security is very nice but I feel the leadership team's assistance and must assist some executive levels.

No personal life No management First they will give you nice schemes for incentive and then they will not pay, incase of they pay then they will give reasons and deduct from salary, forcefully asking to work beyond working hours, will ask to dial 300-400 calls, like tele callers
