Work life balance is horrible. Few of the manager ask you to go to Site on Week-Off and even on Public holiday as well. Work never stops even if you have taken holiday for personal work or sick leave. Unnecessary work pressure for completion of monthly target. Highly uncertain clause on performance variable.

Working with different types of clients in the industry, was the perk of working with Livspace. It gave me a world of exposure. Since Livspace is based in most cosmopolitan cities of India, I had the opportunity to travel, experience different work cultures, and different clients. The one thing common across all the branches of Livspace in India is that the people are very cordial, respectful and encouraging. Another perk was working with IKEA. We all know how prestigious IKEA is. Otherwise, the company culture is very positive and uplifting. The employees respect each other’s opinions.
