It was a good change coming from a tech company to an interior designing company. A lot of interesting things I learned, my teammates were so supportive and helped me learn new tools, I like challenges and Livspace challenged me to the core. Good pay motivated me to work harder. Pressure to achieve target is so much that sometimes you’ll find yourself working for 12-14 hours at stretch. Still if the targets are missed you’ll be put in PIP.
